- There are 2 popular keyboard layouts for French language. French AZERTY layout, used in France. It's similar to QWERTY layout. French Canadian layout, used in Quebec part of Canada.
When setting up my computer the only choice I have is 'Canadian French CSA' with correspond to the 'Canadian Multilingual' Layout (see: en.wikipedia.org /wiki/File:KB Canadian_MultilingualStandard.svg)
I can't find anywhere a real French Canadian Keyboard (see: en.wikipedia.org /wiki/File:KB CanadianFrench.svg)
Anyone have an idea how I can fix that issue? Is there a place where I can download additional Keyboard Layouts or something?

The setting that you are looking for may be for the Canadian French keyboard layout. To make sure, and to give you more information about Microsoft Windows keyboard layouts, you can click on the link below. In some cases, the keyboard language is correct, but the layout set in the Control Panel does not match the physical layout. For example, the keyboard language is French but the Canadian Multilingual Standard layout is selected rather than Canadian (French).When this happens, some of the alternate character options might not be available.
